1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

  • The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Process

  • After verifying your claim, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by Hanin Craft if the claim is verified.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product return is approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exclusions

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

    • Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.

    • Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
