1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Process
After verifying your claim, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.
Return shipping costs may be borne by Hanin Craft if the claim is verified.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product return is approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
